Granarolo buys cheese company Mulino Formaggi
Italian dairy company Granarolo increased its former 40-percent share to 100 percent in cheese company Mulino Formaggi. Established in 2018, Mulino Formaggi’s business model consists of a short, only 3 dairy businesses long supply chain and 78 percent of its products are sold abroad. Granarolo opines that the Parma factory has strategic importance in developing the hard cheese business line.
