Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global and Dorothea Hotel, Budapest, Autograph Collection enter into strategic partnership

Founded by the world-renowned, multi-Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur Gordon Ramsay, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global is one of the largest privately owned restaurant groups in the United Kingdom, with over 30 restaurants in the UK and over 60 internationally – from London to Dubai, Singapore to Chicago. The group boasts a total of eight Michelin stars and is behind the development of several world-class gastronomic experiences, including London’s Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, which has proudly held three Michelin stars for over two decades.

With the opening of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill, Dorothea Hotel becomes part of a globally prestigious restaurant network that represents the chef’s signature style and gastronomic philosophy in many parts of the world. The restaurant will reinterpret the Bar & Grill philosophy in a local context, combining premium Hungarian ingredients from sustainable farms with Ramsay’s signature international style. The Budapest menu will feature the celebrity chef’s signature dishes inspired by American and British classics, as well as sophisticated interpretations of traditional Hungarian favorites.
