Careless AI use by companies can also violate trade secrets
On 1 December the Hungarian AI Act came into force, which makes it possible to check whether companies are using artificial intelligence legally.

The EU AI Act is also legally binding in Hungary, meaning it does not need to be transposed separately into Hungarian law

The regulation is linked to the implementation of the EU AI Act, which classifies AI systems into four risk categories and imposes stricter rules on higher-risk solutions.
