Price of grain and fruits pushed the index
In November 2007 the producer price level of agricultural products rose by 35.3 percent,
compared to the corresponding month of the previous year.
The price level of crops and horticultural products was higher by 60.2 percent, while that of animals and animal products increased by only 9.4 percent. In the first eleven months of 2007 the average price level of agricultural products was higher by 21 percent, which was a result of the price increase of crops and horticultural products by 39.3 percent and that of animals and animal products by 2.6 percent.
