The FuturAqua acquired the majority stake in a beverage distribution company

The FuturAqua Ásványvíztermelő Nyrt. acquired a 60 percent stake in Human Goods Kft. which is the distributor of the Austrian Almdudler soft drinks in Hungary – FuturAqua announced on Tuesday on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange.

The Human Goods Kft. will be the distributor of FuturAqua mineral waters and flavored waters in Hungary. The company undertook the distribution of a total of 400 thousand liters of mineral water for 2012. (MTI)
