The master of spices flared the fire in the kitchen of the Sofitel Budapest Chain Bridge
“Spice is like wine, every year a new one matures.” Famous French chef arrived to Hungary again. Jean-Marc Notelet orchestrated an exciting and unique culinary evening in the kitchen of Sofitel Budapest Chain Bridge on June 12. In France he is recognized as the master of spices. His unique evening was a truly amazing and much-anticipated culinary peculiarity on the capital's culinary scene.
“Taste, Passion and Desire. I cook and live in the spell of these three words day by day. If the meaning of these words will not say anything to me, then I will quit. Fortunately, we have the same passion with my suppliers: we adore the beautiful and good things in life passionately. As a result, for example, our foie gras arrives always fresh and perfect to the restaurant, free of all discoloration. ” – added Jean-Marc Notelet.
