FruitVeb and the Ministry of Agriculture against the greengrocer maffia

The price increase of the vegetables was due to the poor harvests and in addition the trickery greengrocer maffia, but it seems that the gardeners and the government finally joined forces to eradicate the greengrocer maffia.

The FruitVeb and the Ministry of Agriculture will jointly begin the eradication of  the greengrocer maffia. The system will be tested during the watermelon season. The regulation, that follows the Italian, Spanish and French examples will allow the street trading and marketing only with professional license in the case of watermelon – reports Népszabadság Online.
