France’s Avril focuses on the plant-based industry
French agri-food group, Avril decided to sell its animal processing business in order to be able to focus on acquisitions and investments in the plant-based industry. Avril was established by French oilseed and protein plant growers and it is the biggest biodiesel producer of the European Union, and a leading manufacturer of animal feed, cooking oil and plant-based chemicals.
