HelloParks continues to expand at the southern gate of the capital
HelloParks, founded just over two years ago, continues to expand, launching its latest industrial real estate investment in Alsónémedi. The company plans to build a 60,000 square meter hall on the site, which will be built according to the strictest sustainability requirements.
The successful completion of the land transaction was achieved with the assistance of the consulting company Grifton Property. The company, which is currently working on the construction of three modern megaparks in Fót, Maglód and Páty, will already be present near the fourth key transport hub around Budapest with the Lower Néméd project. As a result of the investment, HelloParks is already working on the development of more than 1 million square meters of warehouse and industrial space.
HelloParks, which develops sustainable megaparks, is starting to build another hall in the southern submarket of Budapest. This time, the industrial real estate developer belonging to the Futureal group will start construction on an area of 135,000 square meters in Alsónémedi, close to the intersection of the M0 and M5 highways and the BILK container terminal. The Big Box building, which is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2024, will be the company’s largest project to date, which will be able to flexibly serve the needs of tenants on a total of 60,000 square meters. Thanks to the development, HelloParks will be present in another key location after Fót, Maglód and Páty with industrial properties, so the company can now cover the capital’s surroundings from all directions.
