The consumer protection authority is effective against online stores selling misleading products
The Consumer Protection Authority will take effective action against e-commerce web shops selling misleading products in the interest of consumers – Cseresnyés Péter, Minister of State of the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM) said at a press conference in Budapest on Tuesday.
The Minister of State responsible for Trade Policy and Consumer Protection emphasizes that e-commerce should be given special scrutiny by the fact that Internet sales represent an increasing share of the continuously growing Hungarian retail sales. (MTI)
