The consumer protection authorities imposed fines of 711 million HUF last year
The National Consumer Protection Authority (NFH) imposed fines of 711 million HUF last year in nearly 43 thousand processes.
Szente István, the Acting Director General of the National Consumer Protection Authority (NFH) told at a press conference on Wednesday in Budapest that most problems occur at show presentations and with children's clothing. The consumers and businesses are getting more and more conscious: last year 104 thousand complaints and requests were received by the NFH, 40 thousand more than in 2013. (MTI)
