Fluid Music acquired Mood Media

In June 2010 Fluid Music Canada Inc. completed the acquisition of Mood Media Group SA, by buying all the issued shares and receivables of the latter for EUR 160 million. The management of the board also decided to change the company’s name from Fluid Music to Mood Media Corporation.
