The secret of good sushi
According to Okuyama Sachi san, owner and chef of Okuyama Sushi restaurant, everything needed for making authentic Japanese sushi can be bought in Hungary. Everything is prepared exactly the same way as in Japan. Sushi is a good measure of a chef’s expertise. The fish imported from Scandinavia taste better then in Japan and this is also true for Hungarian eggs, but if a chef wants to learn making Japanese dishes, he’ll have to go to Japan.
