Magazine: Ferrero Group is the new owner of Fulfil Nutrition

Ferrero has signed a definitive agreement to buy Irish vitamin and protein bar producer Fulfil Nutrition. The value of the transaction is estimated to be around EUR 150m. Based in Dublin, Fulfil operates direct sales into the United Kingdom, and they are also distributing to other European and Asia Pacific markets.
