Problems were found at almost half the lightbulbs
25 out of 53 products failed at the consumer protection test on Christmas light bulbs lighting decorations and outdoor decorations, while the proportion of products with problems reached 47 percent, the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM) told MTI.
Keszthelyi Nikoletta, Deputy Minister of State responsible for consumer protection, said in a statement: “Lightbulbs should only be purchased at a specialist store that provides expert information on the operation of the device. It is advisable to avoid inexpensive low-quality devices on the markets. (MTI)
