BCSDH’s “Future Leaders” talent program has been operating successfully since 2014, and its goal is that managers who graduate here are able to respond to sustainability challenges and integrate sustainability principles into corporate decision-making. In the past decade, 130 companies participated in the program, contributing to the dynamic exchange of knowledge. In addition to the corporate sector, universities, researchers, social organizations and regulatory bodies participate as experts and speakers, increasing the impact and importance of the program. Participation in the program has become valuable for all parties. In the last ten years, 316 managers have graduated from the program, they are now actively managing the sustainability transition of their companies and are members of the program’s Alumni organization.
