The Dubai-based Al-Habtoor Group bought the Le Meridien in Budapest
The Dubai-based Al Habtoor Group could pay about 18 billion HUF for the five-star Le Meridien to the former Israeli owner. With this acquisition a new hotel in Budapest will be in the possession of the Middle East.

The family business, founded and led by Khalaf Ahmed Al Habtoor businessman paid 80 million USD (more than 18 billion HUF) for the five-star Le Meridien Budapest Hotel – Világgazdaság wrote. The Al Habtoor Group built the world's only seven-star hotel, the Burdzs Al Arab. (hvg.hu)
