Digital preparedness can be a real vaccine for companies against a pandemic
In the summer of 2020, the research conducted by SAP Hungary Kft., the company’s digital customer experience management solution, based on Qualtrics’ platform and analytics, was conducted by interviewing about 300 companies with the help of the G7 business portal. The questions focused on the impact of restrictive measures imposed on economic operators’ decisions and expectations following the coronavirus epidemic, and the extent to which the role of digitalisation in companies has changed as a result of the pandemic.
