Diageo to Sell Zwack Liqueur in the USA

After a success test periode the two companies signed a royalty agreement.

 The selling starts in September, the
costs and risks of brand building takes Deageo. This business don't
affects Zwack's profit. The marge in the US is small, long terming
the profitabality depens on sold volume.
