Danubius Hotels to plan only operation in Marcali Hotel

Hungary's hotel operator Danubius Hotel Nyrt. has announced it has sold its ent56.7% stake in Marcali Hotel Kft..

 Marcali Hotel Kft. is planning the building of a spa hotel in the town of Marcali. Simultaneously to the sale of the share, Danubius issued a letter of intent for the operation of the hotel.
