Daniella Electricity became the “Entrepreneur of the Year” in Hajdú-Bihar County

Daniella Kereskedelmi Kft., one of Hungary’s largest electrical companies, once again won the MagyarBrands and Business Superbrands awards in 2025, thus strengthening its position in the domestic brands. The family business, headquartered in Debrecen and with a history of more than 30 years, has 41 specialty stores, a B2B and B2C web store, and an annual revenue of nearly 50 billion forints.

The company received the MagyarBrands recognition in the Innovative Brand and Excellent Business Brand categories, and received the Business Superbrands award for the fourth time. The professional committee awards the award based on financial performance, consumer trust and brand reputation.

One ​​of the keys to the company’s success is social responsibility: the Daniella Electricity Talentum Foundation, established in 2022, has so far supported the work of 12 vocational training institutions with equipment donations worth more than 88 million forints, helping the professional development of more than 1,300 students. The foundation aims to promote technical education, research and sustainable technological developments.

Another outstanding achievement of the year is that the Hajdú-Bihar County branch of the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers (VOSZ) awarded Ernő Hadnagy, the Managing Director of Daniella Electricity, with the “Entrepreneur of the Year 2025” award in the trade category.
