Daniella Electricity purchased Elektro UNO’s electricity business

The transaction took place in June 2024, as a result of which Elektro UNO’s 6-site, long-established electrical material trading business – its sites and staff will continue to work under the Daniella Electricity brand name.

The professional experience and culture accumulated in the Elektro UNO team is also of great value to Daniella Villamosság, so the company group is enriched with human and intellectual capital.

With the acquisition, the number of locations of the Debrecen-based family business with 39 locations and annual net sales exceeding HUF 40 billion will increase to 45.
