Daniella Electricity purchased Elektro UNO’s electricity business
Daniella Villamosság, Hungary’s leading electrical trading company, has announced the acquisition of Elektro UNO’s electrical materials trading division. This acquisition, completed in June, adds six new locations to Daniella Villamosság’s network, increasing the total to 45 locations.
The acquisition brings significant professional expertise and cultural values from the Elektro UNO team to Daniella Villamosság, enriching its human and intellectual capital. With this acquisition, Daniella Villamosság’s annual net revenue exceeds 40 billion HUF, while ensuring continuous and high-quality electrical material supply.
Expanding Presence and Innovative Services
With this acquisition, Daniella Villamosság strengthens its presence in Pécs, Nagyatád, Dombóvár, Mohács, and Komló, further increasing its national coverage. Ernő Hadnagy, Managing Director of Daniella Villamosság, emphasized that the goal of the transaction is to provide competitive services and further strengthen its market-leading position.
