auto_awesome Keresési javaslat: A Covid-járvány mélypontján is alacsonyabb szintre esett a magyar lakosság fizetőképessége 92 / 5 000 Fordítási találatok The solvency of the Hungarian population fell to a lower level than even at the lowest point of the Covid-19 epidemic
The solvency index of Hungarian households decreased by 64 percent compared to the previous quarter, and by 71 percent compared to the same period of the previous year, according to research by Intrum and GKI. Rising energy prices and inflation are the biggest burdens on families’ wallets, which could predict a decline in consumption and a recession in 2023.
In the first quarter of this year, the index showing the solvency of Hungarian households, the Intrum Solvency Index (IFI) prepared by Intrum and GKI, increased, but after that it took a rapid turn and in a short time deteriorated to a level similar to that during the Covid epidemic. The decrease in solvency continued in the third quarter, and in the third quarter of 2022, the indicator calculated on the basis of consumer prices, wages and household debts showed the worst value of the past decade, 12.6 points.
