Coop Szolnok bought the Héliker chain

The member of Coop group won on appraisement application of the Héliker Zr. against Tesco. With acquisition the sales of Coop Szolnok grew by HUF 9 billion, the retail area increases to 58,000 square metre.

The Héliker, the supermarket on
sale, was present with convenience stores which did not bring the
required growing, for this reason the owners decided alongside
appraisement of the chain, with the added rider, that the new
purchaser accepts the servants wholly and completely. The Coop
Szolnok submited a tender with regard to this.

Héliker is remaining
self-dependent juridical personality. According to an appointment
between the two clients Héliker rent back the shops from the
new owner.
