COOP Group has started to set up a new, long-term strategical plan with a new leader
CO-OP Hungary Ltd. has chose a new president-CEO on Thursday, called Lajos Csepeli. The members have accepted the announcments of the company, and the same applies to the business plans of the year, too. The new president-CEO has announced: in order to keep the current positions, there is a strong need for further growth, and in order to reach this growth the compny needs to adopt a new strategy.
The annual income of Coop Group was 530 billion HUF, which is 20 billion more than in the previous year. The group has successfully carried out the acquisition of 63 Match and Profi stores, which will – according to the plans – reach a volume of 15 billion HUF this year.
