The Coop stores will indicate the food chain safety hot line
The Coop was the first among the retail chains which agreed to indicate the toll-free number of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) in all of its stores. The toll-free hot line allows the consumers to report their food-safety-related complaints – the Co-op Hungary Zrt. announced on Thursday.
In the communication, the company emphasizes that the Coop network supports the objectives of Nébih that the population to meet controlled and safe food on the store shelves.
The Co-op Hungary in its communication recalls that the Nébih created a toll-free hot line on March 26, 2012 in relation to the great Easter food controls in which the consumers can reports their food safety related complaints easy and quick.
