Continental’s Budapest factory received the “Reliable Employer” award
This year, the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DUIHK) awarded Continental Automotive Hungary Kft., the Budapest site of Continental, with the title of “Reliable Employer” – which was won by the entire Hungarian Continental group in 2022. According to the newly introduced rules, the winner can now hold the prestigious prize for three years instead of the previous two. The recognition honors companies that take care of the working and living conditions of their employees in an exemplary manner.
“We are extremely proud that, after the success of the Hungarian Continental group in 2022, our factory in Budapest was also able to win this prestigious award. We believe that our innovative, high-tech factory offers excellent career and development opportunities for our employees. In addition to supporting the everyday well-being of our employees, our company also places special focus on the future generation, as their preparation and support is essential in order to achieve further success.”
– said Tomkó Szabolcs, HR manager of Continental’s Budapest factory.
