Constellation Brands acquires the American brandy company, Copper & Kings
For an undisclosed sum, Constellation Brands has bought the Kentucky-based American craft brandy company, Copper and Kings, whose portfolio includes also absinthe, gin and Destillaré liqueurs. The acquisition that followed a previous investment and collaboration of the parties fits in Constellation Brands’ strategy to get hold of brave, innovative and premium brands and products.
