Cofidis Hungary is moving to H2Offices
One of the leading players in the Hungarian consumer credit market, Cofidis Hungary, has chosen the first building of the H2Offices office complex as its new headquarters. The company occupies an office and customer service area of nearly 3,600 square meters designed in accordance with ESG standards, which has environmentally friendly solutions and provides perfect conditions for business development. The completion of the transaction was supported by Colliers, the international commercial real estate and investment consultant.
Cofidis has been operating in Hungary since 2005, as a subsidiary of the French Crédit Mutuel, which is one of the most influential financial institutions in Europe. With 5,000 employees, Cofidis is present in nine European countries. The tenant will occupy nearly 3,600 square meters at H2Offices, including an office space with a magnificent terrace, as well as a customer service area, which will be moved into in the second quarter of 2024. For the second time, the tenant has chosen a building developed by Skanska for its activities, its current headquarters are located in the Nordic Light Offices building complex.
