Users increasingly want summarised, personalised answers instead of links, which is why Google’s global market share has dropped below 90% for the first time, while the rise of AI-based search engines is demanding a new content strategy. According to Péter Szesztay, the CEO of BP Digital, AI gives personalised answers rather than hits and it also takes into account user habits and preferences. In Hungary 17% of people under the age of 24 already use ChatGPT for searches.
