The aim: a logistic centre for bio-products
Over 1800 bio-farms exist in Hungary at the moment and 6,000 domestically produced bio-products are available. Imre Karácsony, managing director of Natur Life Kft. has worked out a 20 year marketing project for bio-products, culminating in the construction of a logistic centre. As we are in 18th year of the project, it is time to establish this centre, which would be the first one in our region. This year’s Eco-foray, aimed at purchasing produce from Hungarian bio-farmers and processing enterprises is a forerunner of this investment. The benefits of such a project would be numerous: Hungarian consumers would be supplied with food produced without chemicals, pollution of our environment, soil, water and air would also be reduced and environment-friendly agricultural production would generate employment.
