More than half of the firms gives fringe benefits
Publicus Research asked the leaders of 500 domestic companies on the general impacts of the crisis, including the cafeteria and about the future of the fringe benefits after the introduction of tax obligation.
According to the survey; fifty-three percent of the companies provides some vouchers to the employees, as fringe benefits. Half of the companies mentioned the contribution to the meal as a fringe benefit, that the companies provide the largest percentage to the workforce. This is followed by the traveler's checks, with 16 percent and gift vouchers with 9 percent. Ninety-one percent of the companies were informed about the taxation of cafeteria vouchers.
