CBA wants to be the market leader of the Hungarian food trade
CBA is intended to be once again the market leader in the Hungarian food trade – pointed out Baldauf László, president of the commercial food chain on Wednesday, at a press conference in Budapest. CBA is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.
He added that in abroad, domestic traders dominate the domestic markets. The Hungarian enterprises need to regain the leading position in Hungary. Therefore, the CBA increases the number of its stores, for example, by acquiring the stores of the retail chains that will withdraw from Hungary as well as upgrading their own shops.
Baldauf László told reporters after the press conference, that CBA negotiates with commercial chains that will withdraw from Hungary, but did not mention names, referring to confidentiality requirements. (MTI)
