To mark the departure of legendary Liverpool FC manager Jürgen Klopp, Carlsberg has teamed up with ERDINGER Weissbräu to release a limited-edition celebratory beer – with a bottle for each official match spent on the Reds’ bench.
A total of 491 7.5dl bottles of Believers Brew will be auctioned with the help of auctioneer Graham Budd starting on May 16, with all proceeds going to the LFC Foundation, Liverpool Football Club’s official charity, supporting this important work , with which he creates life-changing opportunities for the most needy communities both at home and abroad.
Klopp’s nine seasons have been filled with major achievements and trophies in the Premier League, FA Cup, UEFA Champions League, FIFA Club World Cup, League Cup and the club’s longest unbeaten run (44 matches in the Premier League) associated with his name. The Normal One, as he is fondly called, has received several personal accolades during this time, including the Premier League Manager of the Season and FIFA World Coach twice.
