The discrete glamour of bourgeous dinner – Video of the day

A rep from the newly three-starred Eleven Madison Park just sent over the video trailer for upcoming EMP cookbook, and it's as good-looking as you'd expect. The recipes look very restaurant-y, by which we mean we'll look at the book and steal ideas constantly, but we'll also probably need a full kitchen brigade if we hope to actually re-create any of the dishes in full. The book comes out November 11.
