Demand on the Budapest office market increased by 10.2 percent in the second quarter
Gross demand on the Budapest office market increased by 10.2 percent in the second quarter, compared to the same period of last year, reaching 108,020 square meters, the Budapest Real Estate Consultants’ Consultative Forum (BIEF) told MTI on Monday.

Demand on the Budapest office market increased by over ten percent in the second quarter of 2022
The signing of new contracts accounted for 32 percent of the demand, while the share of contract extensions, expansions and pre-lease contracts was 27, 10 and 4 percent, respectively, they explained. (MTI)
