The Budapest Airport expects a 15 percent increase in US passenger traffic
The Budapest Airport expects a 15 percent increase in passenger traffic between the United States and Hungary thanks to new direct flights.
Kam Jandu, Chief Commercial Officer at Budapest Airport told MTI at a press conference that last year passenger traffic between the two countries reached 470 thousand, with no direct flights. This year the Polish LOT and American Airlines will also launch direct flights to New York, Chicago and Philadelphia, so a 15, even 25 percent increase is expected. (MTI)
