Increasing consumption may accelerate Central and Eastern Europe
Acccording to the experts of the Vienna-based Erste Group; consumption will be less vulnerable next year. This may boost the Central and Eastern European region’s economy.
In Central and Eastern Europe consumption on real value is expected to grow by 1 to 2.5 percent in 2011 on an annual comparison, so the current export-led economic recovery may become more balanced, due to the increased consumption.
The analysis shows: In Central and Eastern Europe, the growth of consumption is expected to be less vulnerable, due to the sustainable savings rates and duty rates – reports privatbankar.hu.
