The court dismissed Hungerit’s lawsuit against the Four Paws Foundation

The Metropolitan Tribunal dismissed the lawsuit the Hungerit Zrt. at first instance, which the poultry processing company filed against the Four Paws Foundation, due to violating reputation.

The judge said on Thursday, that the defendant expressed an opinion on the applicant's foundation, which is not detrimental to the reputation. The judge added that those violate the law who produces rumor or anything that is untrue, insulting and violates the reputation. (MTI)
