Jointstarts building a global brandtwo defining business leaders of the domestic IT and dietary supplement market provide a complex service in the field of digital identity and content authentication at Netlock.

A new company with international ambitions was created by two Hungarian business leaders who have already proven themselves in their respective industries: András Somkuti, former president of Docler Holding, and Bálint Lévai, owner of the BioTechUSA group of companies. The goal is to build a global technology brand that responds to the authenticity of digital content and the rebuilding of trust in the era of AI and deepfake.
As a result of many years of professional relationship and joint strategic thinking, the parties launched their new venture at the end of 2025, the operational basis of which is provided by Netlock Kft., which has more than 25 years of experience in the field of digital authentication and trust services. András Somkuti will participate in the new venture as CEO, while Bálint Lévai will participate as Marketing Director, with a 50-50% ownership ratio. The owners are jointly responsible for strategy creation, business development and management of international growth. In addition to his duties at NETLOCK, Bálint Lévai continues to play a key role in the strategic management of BioTechUSA: as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the group, he contributes with his experience and vision to the further growth and development of one of Europe’s largest dietary supplement manufacturers.
Digital trust in an opaque world
The NETLOCK is now a technology group with an international presence and a team of nearly 80 experts, with offices in Hungary, Luxembourg and the United States. Its solutions are appearing in areas where authenticity is not an option, but a basic business and legal requirement: in the financial sector, in the media, in the legal and insurance fields, as well as on rapidly growing AI-based platforms.
One of the biggest challenges in the digital environment today is proving that online content is genuine: who created it, when it was created, and whether it has been modified in any way. This can be particularly critical, for example, in the case of a disputed video content, a photo attached to an insurance claim, or during remote, video customer identification.
This is how Netlock Content Suite works
The Netlock Content Suite (NCS) provides a comprehensive answer to this problem, organizing the most important elements of digital authentication into a single, easily understandable system:
- Digital identification – proves who created the content
- Electronic signature – legally valid authentication
- Certificate of origin – proves when and in what form the content was created
- Audit trail – makes all subsequent modifications precisely traceable
The special feature of the system is that the authentication does not appear in a separate document, but is closely linked to the content and “travels” with it. This way, the evidence can be retrieved and verified at any time later – even years after the content was created. Such a service provides a significant competitive advantage for companies operating in the financial sector, media, legal and insurance sectors, as well as on increasingly rapidly expanding artificial intelligence-based platforms.
Domestic funds, international growth
Netlock Kft. has a balanced domestic client portfolio: its solutions are widely used by large companies and public institutions, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises. There is also significant interest in the new strategic direction and the newly introduced product at an international level: several foreign partners are in integration negotiations with the company.
