The sales revenue of BioTechUSA has already reached HUF 80.4 billion
The domestic company is doing better every year, which is slowly reaching the whole world. The CEO and co-owner of BioTechUSA, Bálint Lévai, believes that they have already reached the level where they can have a vision, so they do not want to enter the price competition, and they do not care whether the employee’s hair is red or green – as long as he is loyal and performs well – all this is revealed in the VG.hu interview.
“We closed last year with an increase of more than HUF 20 billion, and our sales reached HUF 80.4 billion. We are going through a period burdened with different crises, we had to meet different challenges. We increased our sales every year, but it was not always clear, in 2018 for example, it was particularly stagnant, and we had to make serious changes in order to stay on a growth path in the long term. We took digitization and direct consumer sales even more seriously, but it took time to make the transition. Then in 2020, Covid came, everything accelerated, and by January ShopBuilder moved from Szeged to Szada, because we prepared the system for the production and delivery of large quantities of small packages. For this, we had to develop a lot professionally, i.e. we trained many people, so when the domestic competition cracked, we were able to make an offer and integrate them.”
Balázs Lévai explained.
