Organic food does not improve health
The British Food Standards Agency after the most comprehensive research of the last 50 years, has come to the conclusion, that the consumption of organic food does not improve health conditions.
During the 120 thousand dollars experiment,Dr. Alan Dangour and team compared organic and non-organic foods. The experts have concluded that the two types of production method of the vegetables and fruits are different, but not such an extent, to affect the health status.
The FSA, however, pointed out: they do not want to influence consumers' purchasing decisions. The aim is to provide consumers adequate information – reports Világgazdaság Online after the article of Times Online.
