Law proposal to protect the suppliers

The amending legislation of Font Sándor is willing to prevent the suppliers from passing the burdens of the crisis tax imposed on the commercial sector.

The proposal, that can be read on the website of the National Assembly, will clarify the notion of the supplier and the npotion of unfair distribution behavior. According to the explanation; the logistics fee, the  contribution, and the bonus became prohibited behavior, and clearly define the action for sales to the supplier's contribution is not only timely, but also amounts to the same level of action for the consumer – reports Világgazdaság Online, after MTI.
