Intrapreneurs innovate in the ranks of the company
Regus asked about the best ways of training intrapreneurs: 53 percent of Hungarian firms would opt for skill improving training programmes, 38 percent named relationship building and managing functions within the organisations and 36 percent mentioned good communication with the management. Katerina Manou, regional director of Regus told that one of the most efficient means to support intrapreneurship is flexible working time. 47 percent of Hungarian survey participants also said flexible working hours give an impetus to innovation.
