Domestic tourism is pulled by tourism,

The domestic tourism is outstanding in all tourism indicators, the growth in household spending had a positive impact on the whole industry – according to an analyst interviewed by MTI. The Ministry of National Economy (NGM) suggests that this year’s tourism datas will set new records.

According to datas of the Central Statistical Office (KSH) published on Tuesday, the guest traffic of the accommodation establishments increased by 2.6 percent in July and by 5.6 percent in the first seven months of this year, compared to the same period of the last year. The number of foreign guest nights fell by 0.7 percent, while the number of domestic guest nights rose by 5.5 percent in July, compared to a year earlier. (MTI)
