The Hungarian National Tourist Office expects the stagnation of domestic tourism
The Hungarian National Tourist Office expects stagnation in domestic tourism, while increase in the number of foreign guests – told Mártonné Máthé Kinga national director of Magyar Turizmus Zrt. (Hungarian National Tourist Office ) to MTI on Wednesday.
Accoprding to the expert; during the summer a slowdown was detected that can be explanied with the economic environment, the credit crisis, the possibility loan repayments and with the unfavorable exchange rate developments. However, the year-end holidays, the holiday vouchers and the Széchenyi Rest Cards brought the results – she added – reports MTI.
