Magazine: A prophet, hungry for new impulses
Ferran Adriá is not only one of the world’s best chefs but also a culinary philosopher. He is now searching for the ‘soul’ of Asian cuisine. He travelled to Japan 15 times, researching the gist of preparing food and cooking technologies. The more he learns about Asian cuisine, the more he wants to know. Mr Adriá is convinced that Asian cuisine can be the main resource of creative ideas for future culinary development.
