BAT Hungary made ready for changes in advertisement law by self test
After a six months long campaign every employees of the company from secretary to CEO checked the stores in work group.
Hungarian Parliament passed a bill to
amend the advertisement law last summer, some of the law will be
effect from 1. March.
The new law is stricter on
advertisements concerning tobacco products. Advertisements for these
products will continue to be forbidden in general, while it will not
be allowed to advertise them at their separated vending locations
either. Only the products' name and price can be written on the
shelves.
