Olympic sailor Jonatán Vadnai promotes Lake Balaton

László Gellér, president of the Hungarian Sailing Association, indicated that their organization is also actively participating in making the Balaton season 365 days long, organizing about 180 competitions, many of which fall outside the high season.

The president of the association also spoke about: they are focusing on Olympians in particular, and are providing Jonatán Vadnai with a background that will allow him to win an Olympic medal in Los Angeles starting from Lake Balaton.

Péter Princzinger, president of Visit Balaton 365 Nonprofit Kft. CEO emphasized:

The goal of their organization is to promote the four-season Balaton in Hungary and abroad, and to support the tourism service providers on Balaton in becoming four-season.

He added: all important social goals need faces, preferably talented young people who have something to be proud of, which is why they chose Jonatán Vadnai.

According to the cooperation signed on Tuesday in Balatonfüred, Jonatán Vadnai will represent Balaton as the official ambassador of the VisitBalaton365 brand on various platforms and events, and the organization will support the athlete’s Olympic preparation.

At the same time, a strategic cooperation agreement was reached between VisitBalaton365 NKft. and the Hungarian Sailing Association.

The agreement is valid until the end of 2028. Jonatán Vadnai will represent the VisitBalaton365 brand on several channels: with the logo appearing on his competition clothing, boat and equipment, his social media presence, and participation in events and press events.
